Winter Trail Terms and Conditions

Summary
Collect stamps when you enjoy festive treats at Mama Doreen’s throughout the Christmas season. The more stamps you collect, the greater the rewards, from cupcakes and exclusive merchandise to Afternoon Tea for Four. Keep your card safe and redeem your prizes in January.

Christmas Tail begins Friday 21st November and end Wednesday 31st December. Redeem your rewards from 2nd – 31st January 2026.

1. Eligibility

• Open to guests aged 18 and over.
• One loyalty card per person.
• Stamps are issued to the individual making the qualifying purchase. If multiple guests each purchase a qualifying item and pay individually, each guest may collect their own stamp.
• Multiple cards cannot be collated and stamps cannot be transferred.

2. Collecting Stamps

Stamps can be collected on the following qualifying purchases:

• Winter Wonderland Afternoon Tea
• Mama Doreen’s Hot Chocolate
• Christmas Cupcakes
• Mama Doreen’s Voucher
  • £50+ value, in store only
• Takeaway Afternoon Tea
  • Stamp issued on day of collection not booking
• Breakfast at Mama Doreen’s
• Christmas Hamper (Stamp issued on collection not booking)
  • Stamp issued on day of collection not booking
• Mama Doreen’s Event Booking
  • Stamp issued on the day of attendance, not when paying a deposit.
  • Events include Singalong Brunch, Grinch Brunch, Molton Brown Brunch
• Christmas Cake
  • Stamp issued on day of collection not booking
• Mama Doreen’s Merchandise

Additional rules:

• Loyalty cards are issued with your first qualifying purchase.
• You must present your card at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.
• Only Mama Doreen’s official stamp is valid.
• Multiple stamps may be collected in one visit if more than one qualifying product is purchased.
• Lost cards cannot be replaced.
• Stamps cannot be transferred or combined across multiple cards.
• Stamps cannot be issued retrospectively, even with a valid receipt.

3. Validity Period

• Stamp collecting period: 21st November – 31st December.
• Prize redemption period: 2nd January – 31st January (Harrogate Emporium only).
• All prizes, including discounts and table bookings, must be redeemed in January.
• Prizes not redeemed by 31st January will be forfeited.
• Please note: the Emporium is closed on 1st January.

4. Prize Levels

4 Stamps

• Complimentary box of 4 cupcakes.

6 Stamps

• 10% off all products throughout January.
• Box of 4 cupcakes.
• Mama Doreen’s Tea Towel.

8 Stamps

• 15% off all products throughout January.
• Box of 4 cupcakes.
• Mama Doreen’s Tea.
• Mama Doreen’s Apron.

10 Stamps

• Traditional Afternoon Tea for Four (redeemable in January only).
• 15% off all products throughout January.
• Box of 4 cupcakes.
• Mama Doreen’s Tea.
• Mama Doreen’s Apron.
• Mama Doreen’s Jumper.

5. Redeeming Rewards

• To redeem rewards, bring your completed card to the Harrogate Emporium in January.
• Cupcakes and merchandise will be provided on the day you hand in your completed card.
• For the 10-stamp Afternoon Tea for Four, a January booking must be made on the day your completed card is submitted.
  • Booking must take place in January and cannot be transferred or upgraded.
• The Traditional Afternoon Tea for Four prize must be redeemed by the named loyalty cardholder and cannot be transferred.
• For 6-, 8-and 10-stamp rewards, a discount card will be issued:
  • Valid only for the named cardholder.
  • Must be presented at point of purchase.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost.
  • Valid on purchases made in January only.
  • Discounts apply only to January products (e.g., Takeaway Afternoon Tea may be booked only for a January collection date).
• Rewards and products are subject to availability.
• Substitutions may be made at the discretion of management.
• All rewards, including merchandise and Afternoon Tea bookings, are subject to availability.

6. Restrictions

• Cards must be physically presented to receive stamps.
• Photocopied, altered, or tampered cards are invalid.
• Cards, stamps, and prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Loyalty card rewards cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Returned or refunded purchases will have their associated stamp removed.
• Stamps cannot be earned on discounted items or promotional bundles unless explicitly stated.

7. Amendments

• Mama Doreen’s reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Winter Trail at any time.
• This webpage contains the current and valid Terms & Conditions. Guests should always refer to the most recent version.

8. Data Protection

• No personal data is collected for the loyalty card, except for the name required on the January discount card.
• This is used only to verify discount eligibility.
