TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. We use Parcelforce or the Mama Doreen's team deliver locally.

2. For postal the majority of our deliveries will be on the chosen date and almost all remaining deliveries will take place one day after that.

3. In the event of a delay by Parcelforce, we are unable to offer a refund or to resend your delivery.

4. Timed deliveries are not available for postal or hand delivery. Collection orders will be ready to collect after 1pm.

5. Please ensure someone is home to receive your order as for postal our boxes can sometimes be too big for your letterbox. If you are not home for a local delivery your box will be wrapped and left in a safe place, we cannot be responsible for anything that happens to it after this point.

6. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of any product once it’s left our bakery. However, please tell us if you feel that your item has been damaged during delivery with our postal provider.

7. Mama Doreen's Emporium only deliver to mainland UK addresses and do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

8. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

9. If you need to cancel your order with Mama Doreen's Emporium you must contact us at henquiries@mamadoreens.co.uk no less than 3 days before your dispatch date, with your order number.

10. Please understand that due to the perishable nature of cakes, we are unable to accept returns.

11. We bake all of our cakes the day before they are dispatched to ensure that they are super fresh. If you receive cakes that do not seem fresh, please contact the team at enquiries@mamadoreens.co.uk to let us know. If, in our opinion, the products do not meet our high standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the box and it’s contents within 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 4 days.
